Service Description

What you as the client will receive: * 12 months, 48 sessions *Structured program for a year of transformational coaching with a certified coach. *12 Impactful segments for you, the client’s leadership growth and journey in each area of your life. *Thorough introduction to Energy Leadership to ensure your best experience and utilization of this life-changing system. *Uncover your ultimate goals and create a plan to achieve them. Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment/Evaluation By the third to fourth week of coaching, you will be given the ELI Assessment which basically shows you your level of energy when there is a stressor introduced compared to when there are no stressors in your life. You will learn about the 4 blocks to your success and how they impact and impede your energy levels (how you show up in life) and their impact on your success. Energy Leadership refers to both a particular and unique form of leadership, and also, literally, to the process of leading energy so that it works for you, rather than against you. By learning and applying the principles and concepts of Energy Leadership, you can increase your ability to shift your own energy and the energy of those around you. When you do that, you will help inspire and motivate yourself and others, feel a greater sense of purpose, get more done with much less effort and stress, and constantly attract positive people and success to you (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching-iPEC).
